How do you know when its short versus too short? My friends and I are having the great debate with our moms @ how short is too short. Is there a guideline or "Rule of thumb"?

Great ?! The rule is that you dont wear white shoes or pants/bottoms after labor day! However, you live in florida so beach cover ups an flip flops don't count!
